Above are picture shots taken last September 2005 of a mansion allegedly owned by a local municipal administrator, Mr. Ariel Cabanog in Poblacion, Municipality of Pikit, a poor town in Cotabato, Philippines. People are just wondering how a small-time municipal official like him, who had no house of his own prior to government service, can suddenly afford to build a luxurious and expensive property like this, when it is a known fact that he is not a businessman nor an heir to a wealthy family. Who knows he must have won a lottery or maybe a generous bank somewhere offered him a multi-million loan. Lifestyle check please!
